Your wedding package includes both traditional and inventive photographic methods intended to give you a feeling of having a well-documented special day mixed with an artistically strong recording of the spontaneity of that moment in time. A moment that in actuality can only be lived once, yet through the magic portal of the photograph can be lived and relived as often as one wishes. I hope your married life remains so full of special new moments that you seldom find the time to look back on the past, but when you do I want it to be a joyous experience.

Your wedding package will entail the following:

Our time begins two hours before the wedding. In that time I will photograph anyone on the list, which we will have recorded upon our pre-wedding planning meeting. After that I will use a telephoto lens to make the traditional images during the ceremony. The natural-light telephoto keeps me close to the important moment without drawing any attention away from the most sacred wedding scene. I will photograph the entire event in Color Raw Large Resolution Digital Files, which will later give you the option of color or black and white prints. I use a number of printing methods ranging from light-jet printing (printing on photographic light sensitive emulsion coated paper from a digital file), and as well I also print larger images on archival 100 + year lightfast papers using equally archival pigment based inks (Epson 9800 Pro). After the ceremony, switching to a more interactive portrait/ close-up lens, I will stay throughout the entire reception until the final guest leaves. I enjoy catching the rhythm of the partying, dancing, and commotion that follows the much more formal wedding ceremony. I want to reveal a trace of the humorous as well as the serious side with sincerity being the one linking thread that pulls together every image of your special day. In a sense, I am yours from two hours before the wedding until as late as you need me to stay after the reception.

My fee is based on a two-part equation. The commitment half of the fee is due upon our pre-wedding meeting, and ensures you a concrete commitment date that I will be obligated to serving you with your wedding photographic needs.

The final half of the fee is due only with your complete satisfaction with all services up to the final prints, disc files, and webpage catalog.

Your wedding package includes a Complete DVD or CD (depending on the amount of unedited shots) of all images made on your special day, 80 4 X 6 prints of your choosing, up to an 80 image web page with a web address title of your choice hosted by soulrecorder.com, you will also get one large (24in X 48in) canvas or fine art print of an image of your choosing, and included in your package will be complete reproduction rights accompanied by back-up discs of your web pages along with your image file disc.

Prior to the big day we will meet to create an idea sheet where you will list all the ideal photographs most important to you, which family members you want an extra abundance of images made of, and also you can disclose any clippings of wedding photographs you found on the web or in magazines as samples of what you like.

I will get there and start photographing two hours before the wedding and I will not leave until the end of the reception.

That night you will get all the photographs I made throughout the day on a disc and I will give you full reproduction rights.

My commitment fee is a $150.00 at our meeting prior to the wedding, and $150.00 is due at the end of the wedding night upon receipt of the images and complete satisfaction.

Your total is $300.00 and I work just as hard as I would for a higher cost package at an added value to you simply because we eliminate post wedding production.
